Meet the Pines Staff!
The Pines Christian Care Center relies on the daily commitment of our faithful staff. We would'nt be able to do what we do without them!
Phil & Alana Carmichael
PHIL & ALANA
CARMICHAEL
The Carmichaels served at The Pines for 14 years, and moved back to the states in 2022. Phil is on the board of the missions organization of The Pines, "Ambassadors International Ministries". They travel across the U.S. promoting, fundraising and recruiting for The Pines from local churches, individuals and businesses. Alana also assists in managing children sponsorships as well as other management oriented-tasks.
Sally Seefried
SALLY SEEFRIED
Sally and her husband, David, established Ambassadors International Ministries in 2002, and The Pines Christian Care Center in 2005. David passed away in 2008, and the Lord has allowed Sally to continue serving in the ministry. She has spent most of her time in South Africa at the Pines ministering to the children. She recently moved back to the states in 2023, but is still very involved in the work done at The Pines.
Randy & Kari Teachout
RANDY & KARI TEACHOUT
The Teachouts joined The Pines Christian Care Center full-time July 2018 after spending 9 months at The Pines in 2015. Among many other gifts and talents, both Randy and Kari are teachers, which fills a great need at The Pines. Randy serves as the facilities manager, while Kari serves in multiple ways, including education and health care related tasks. Two of their daughters, Kaitlyn and Kelsey, live with them at The Pines, and are a great addition to our team as well!
Rene & Sonia Einfeldt
RENE & SONIA EINFELDT
The Einfeldt's served in Kimberly, South Africa where they taught life skills and morality in public schools. They also lead youth group, one-on-one counseling with young people, as well as Bible studies. They have invested in The Pines Christian Care Center by committing a few months out of every year to The Pines!
Jackson & Allee Spencer
JACKSON & ALLEE SPENCER
The Spencers have committed 2024 to spend their time at The Pines Christian Care Center to assist in ministering to the children. Jackson is skilled mechanically, and will be assisting in vehicle repairs as well as fostering relationships with the young boys. Allee will be assisting in Marketing for The Pines in hopes of bringing more awareness to the ministry.
